You are cordially invited to join your fellow Chaîne members for our annual induction dinner. Greg Wallis, the Balli Provincial for the Midwest Region, will be joining us and performing our induction of new members.

Garlic roasted duck breast with a pomegranate reduction and sautéed dandelions
Roasted lamb shank served with black venere rice and roasted paprika butter hummus
Affogato with Turkish Coffee and fresh Baklava

Souk is a new establishment and equipped with updated ventilation for our safety. The restaurant is also reserved for members of the Chaîne this evening and we will have ample space to practice safe, social distancing. Please bring your mask for anytime you are not seated at your table.
Cost is $150 for members, $160 for guests
